Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and receive a return authorization.

  Package Your Purifier

  Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all filters, accessories, and manuals to ensure safe transit back to our facility.

  Apply Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned unit, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
